What areas do you serve?
We are based in Milton, Florida and serve Santa Rosa and Escambia counties: Milton, Pace, Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, and Navarre along the coast side, and Wallace, Chumuckla, Allentown, and Jay up north toward the Alabama line.
What does "low voltage" actually cover?
The technology side of a property rather than the mains electrical: home and business networking, Wi-Fi, smart home automation and control, indoor and outdoor audio and video, and landscape lighting.
Do you work on existing homes, or only new construction?
Both. In finished homes we look for practical ways to add wiring with as little disruption as we can, and on new builds we can work with builders and designers from plan review through commissioning.
Can you fix weak Wi-Fi in a large or multi-story home?
In many cases, yes. Better coverage often comes from well-placed access points connected by wired runs, rather than a single stronger router. We look at your floor plan and how you use the space before recommending anything.
Do you account for salt air and Gulf weather?
Yes. We choose outdoor audio, TVs, and landscape lighting with the coastal climate in mind, looking at weather and corrosion ratings for the specific site, whether that is a bayfront yard or a barrier island.
